The new Uni-Fit 12,000 BTU Through-the-Wall Air Conditioner heats and cools up to 550 sq. ft. with outstanding energy efficiency. By maintaining even temperatures with centralized controls, it helps reduce wasted energy & lower utility and maintenance costs while preserving the equipments lifespan. Its heavily insulated inner wall, stiffened sheet metal casing & counterweights help block, dampen & absorb sound and vibration, and its built to last with corrosion-protected indoor and outdoor coils that extend its life. Plus, its wide air discharge vents and advanced 8-way air flow control help ensure even & consistent cooling and keep front panel noise to a minimum. This AC unit is easy to install with a chassis that fits 24 ½ to 27 and ships with a two-piece trim ring that fits over the chassis front, and it even integrates with your home tech! You can connect it to your smart home voice command devices like Amazon Alexa or Google Home, and its built-in Wi-Fi lets you connect to it from wherever you can access the internet through the FriedrichGo App.

Delivery
Delivery Policy
Standard Local Appliance Delivery Includes:
- Level and test of the appliance to ensure its connected properly.
- Connection of appliance to EXISTING water connection, drain or external dryer exhaust for washers, dryers, ranges, refrigerators, and freezers, provided the customer also purchases new connections from Craigville Appliance (dryer vent, range, or dryer cord)
- Inspection of appliance for visible damage
- Basic product demonstration and testing of appliance to ensure proper connection.
Haul-away of old appliances:
- $25 recycle fee per appliance being hauled away is included in the delivery price on a one for one basis.
- Relocation of an old appliance within the same residence fee is $79 (except for placing in attached garage, reconnection not included)
Standard Local Appliance Delivery Does NOT Include:
- Appliances not purchased at Craigville Appliance
- Installation of dishwashers, over-the-range microwaves, drop-in ranges, wall ovens, surface units, cooktops, gas dryers, air conditioners, or built-in refrigerators; installation available for additional fees; see a store associate for details.
- Connection through floors or old duct work
- Removal, haul away or recycling arrangement of old appliance
- Shut off of main water valve; delivery teams can’t connect appliances unless there's a working shut-off valve on the same floor.

Dishwasher installation sold separately and requires appointment. New dishwasher connector hose is required (sold separately).
